The game is only available from digital stores, including Steam or Blizzard's Battle.net, but PC players who are keen to be ready for its October 24th launch are able to prepare in advance.

Gamers can pre-load the game to ensure they can start playing straight away when the time of launch hits.

PC players might be particularly keen to hear they can use up to three monitors to get a huge display for their battles, and the game also supports a 4k resolution.

What's more, Bungie has provided a detailed roadmap for the endgame activities rollout in the PC version of the title - which is already out for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One - and gamers can immediately try out Prestige nightfall strikes upon launch.

They will be able to use Raid strikes just one week after the game's release.

This comes after Bungie announced specifications for 'Destiny 2' on the PC, which includes gamers requiring 68GB of disk space to install the title.

Those with Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10 will be pleased to hear they are the supported operating systems for the title.

A minimum 6GB of RAM is required for the game and Intel Core i3-3250 3.5 GHz or Intel Pentium G4560 3.5 GHz.

'Destiny 2' will be released on PC at the same time around the world, but this means October 24 for some countries, but October 25 for others.

In London, the PC title will be available from 6pm BST on October 24, but across the pond it will be 1pm EDT in New York and 10am PDT in Los Angeles.

Players in Sydney, Australia, will be able to access the title from 4am on October 25.
